We know leaving your cockapoo can feel daunting. That’s why we’ve answered the most common questions about our home-based cockapoo boarding in Hull & East Riding.
Do you only board cockapoos?
Yes — we specialise in cockapoos only. This keeps the environment calm, friendly, and consistent, as cockapoos tend to share similar temperaments.
Do you board more than one dog at a time?
No — we only host one guest cockapoo at a time (alongside our own). This means your dog gets complete one-to-one attention and never has to compete with lots of other dogs.
How is home boarding different from kennels?
Unlike kennels, we provide care in our family countryside home. No cages, no noisy kennel runs — just a cosy home environment with large secure gardens, personalised routines, and plenty of love.
Where are you based?
We’re in Ganstead, near Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire, set in open countryside with ¼ acre of secure gardens.
What do I need to bring for my cockapoo’s stay?
We recommend bringing:
Their usual food
Bed and blanket (so they feel at home)
Lead, collar, and harness
Favourite toy or comfort item
We’ll take care of everything else.
Do you offer grooming services?
Yes — as part of our add-on extras, we can provide:
A Bath & Tidy (gentle wash & brush)
A Full Groom in our professional salon

Will I get updates while my cockapoo is staying?
Yes — with our Silver and Gold packages, you’ll receive regular video updates so you can see your cockapoo enjoying their stay.
Do you offer extra exercise options?
Yes — you can book a Private Field Exercise Session (30 minutes in a large, secure, pre-booked dog field nearby). Perfect for energetic cockapoos who love to run.
Can I bring my cockapoo to visit beforehand?
Absolutely — we encourage a Settle-In Session where you can bring your cockapoo for an hour or two to explore our home and gardens, meet us, and feel comfortable before their holiday.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — we are fully licensed by the local council and carry full insurance for home boarding and grooming services.
